Associating an Element with a Template
- Use the Element Selection tool to select the element.
- In the Attributes section, if the Element Template Association icon is not displayed with highlighting on a depressed background, click the icon to change its state to selected.

Click the drop-down box next to the
Element Template icon.
A drop-down list of available template groups and templates is displayed.

Click the name of the template in the drop-down list.
The element is associated (or "locked") to the template.
