To Duplicate a Table

The following procedure assumes that a catalog is currently loaded in the Catalog Editor.

  1. Select the Edit Database Schema icon to display the Edit Schema dialog.
  2. Select a table from the Tables list.
  3. Click the Duplicate icon and select Duplicate Table from the list.
  4. In the Add New Table dialog, enter a name for the duplicated table and click OK.
  5. The new table is added to the Tables list, which contains all of the data from the duplicated table.

    You can use the options associated with the table fields to add, remove, edit fields from the new table.
