The following items summarize the new features and enhancements in the OpenPlant Orthographics Manager CONNECT Edition Update 2 release.
CONNECT Licensing
This product version utilizes CONNECT Licensing, which is not supported by SELECT activation key(s). CONNECT Licensing features new behavior to enhance your organization's user administration and security with mandatory user sign-in via CONNECTION Client to access the application. If you are already signed in to the CONNECTION Client, you have met this prerequisite. If you have not, please refer to the Administrator's Resource Center and/or contact your administrator for assistance in the registration and sign-in process.

| Integration with One Configuration | OpenPlant Orthographics Manager now integrates with the OpenPlant One Configuration which shares a
single default configuration across all OpenPlant applications. The One
Configuration is placed in the following location:

| Select WorkSet Dialog | The OpenPlant Orthographics Manager Project Tree has been removed from the interface and replaced with the Select WorkSet Dialog which displays when you launch the application. This dialog lets you select the WorkSpace/WorkSet for the current session. Once selected, loads the settings into the OpenPlant Orthographics Manager. |
| Single Sign On for ProjectWise Projects | You can now login to ProjectWise Projects using the Windows single sign on option. |
| Process Custom Valve Symbols | OpenPlant Orthographics Manager can now generate drawings using custom valve symbols created with OpenPlant applications. |
| Label Orientation | Users can now define the orientation of labels as Horizontal or Vertical |
| Integration with OpenPlant Project Administrator | OpenPlant Project Administrator has added support for OpenPlant Orthographics Manager. New WorkSets are created or existing ones enabled using the OpenPlant Project Administrator. |
