When the Snapshot feature is applied to a DGN file, the user can only reference out data from PlantSight to the drawing. This allows for multiple users to modify the content of the file without committing the changes to PlantSight.

Set the keyin to True to turn on the Snapshot designation. Setting the value to False will clear the designation and return the file to a normal status.
