Note: This command is influenced by the Consider Z setting in the Preferences dialog. If the Consider Z setting is not enabled, all connected elements will be placed at elevation 0. Elements will be considered connected if their X and Y vertices are the same, but possibly not their Z values. Meaning they appear connected if viewed from the top view but disconnected if viewed from the side. If the Consider Z setting is enabled, then elements must be share endpoints exactly in order to be connected.
