Grid Systems are IFC2x3 CV2 certified.

The IfcGrid entity defines a placement coordinate system using the IfcObjectPlacement entity. The XY plane of the coordinate system is used to place the 2D grid axes. The Representation of the IfcGrid entity is defined using the IfcProductRepresentation entity, referencing an IfcShapeRepresentation entity, that includes an IfcGeometricCurveSet entity as Items. All grid axes are added as IfcPolyline entities to the IfcGeometricCurveSet entity.
