Add Bridge tool

Used to add a new bridge to the OpenBridge Modeler project.

Found on the Home ribbon tab in the Bridge Setup group.

Setting

Description

Name

Type a name for the bridge. The prefix string "Br" is automatically incremented in the current model as a default.

Description

Optional description of the bridge.

Requires Road Alignment

For offset bridges, if the stationing for bridge alignment and the roadway alignment are different, check this box to generate the reports using roadway alignment stationing.

Unit Group

Setting	Description
Name	Type a name for the unit. The string "Unit" is automatically incremented in the current model as a default.
Description	Optional description of the unit.
Bridge Type	Select the type of bridge from the drop-down list: Beam Slab (P/S or RC Concrete Girders) Beam Slab (Steel Girders) RC Slab CIP Concrete Box Segmental
