Web Angle Connection - Cope tab

In addition, you can add a cope to the connecting shape. Here, you enter the specifications of the cope.

Cope You can either select an already stored cope template or enter the cope data directly.
  • Cope – When checked, enables selecting from available cope templates. When unchecked, enables cope settings.
  • (Edit Cope) – Opens the Cope dialog, where the cope settings are manipulated. You can create or modify the cope template.
  • Cope Connection Shape – When checked, copes the connection shape when it collides with the angle. sets how the connecting shape has to be coped. You can select Upper Side, Lower Side or Both.
    • Top double sided – Cope the connection shape on both sides on top, even if only one side collides.
    • Bottom double sided – Cope the connection shape on both sides below, even if only one side collides.
    • Always Cope – Cope the connection shape always, even if there is no collision.
  • Gap – Sets the free cut gap distance of the cope in the connection shape to the angles.
Safety Copes Here you can specify whether a safety cope has to be carried out. In addition, the inserted angle can be shortened.
  • Top Left – Keeps a gap in the angle at the upper left side.
  • Top Right – Keeps a gap in the angle at the upper right side.
  • Bottom Left – Keeps a gap in the angle at the lower left side.
  • Bottom Right – Keeps a gap in the angle at the lower right side.
  • Shorten Complete Angle – Shortens the angle complete, or cuts only the connecting side.
