2D Rebar Configuration
The 2D Rebar tools offer a general-purpose reinforcement detailing system. As such, most aspects are user-definable to cater for the many and varied drafting standards used throughout the industry. This section describes the approach you must follow in configuring the software and details the numerous configuration commands and parameters.
The configuration process centers upon several files within your Project directory. These files have the filename extension .sys. Modifying parameters within the configuration files using a text editor allows for configuration.
Creating a nominal defaults file (default.def)
Defining the visual appearance of reinforcement details (display.sys)
Defining preferred bar labels (presets.sys)
