To Apply a Print Style to Existing Print Definitions

Select File > Print > Print Organizer.
The Print Organizer dialog opens.
Select File > Open to open an existing print set.
Do one of the following:

To apply a print style to all print definitions, select Edit > Select All.

or
To apply a print style to print definitions of a specific data type, select Edit > Select and then select a data type.

or
To apply a print style to selected print definitions, select the print definitions in the right pane.
From the Tools menu, select Apply Print Style.
The Apply Print Style dialog opens.
Select the Print Style and click OK.
