To Apply a Print Style When Creating Print Definitions

  1. Select File > Print > Print Organizer.

    The Print Organizer dialog opens.

  2. Select File > Add Files to Set to add print definitions to the print set.

    The Create Print Definitions dialog opens.

  3. Click Add.

    The Select Files dialog opens.

  4. Select the files and click Done.

    The files are added to the Input files list box.

  5. Under Print style name, click the Browse icon.

    The Apply Print Style dialog opens.

  6. Select the Print Style and click OK.

    The Apply Print Style dialog closes.

  7. Click OK.

    The Create Print Definitions dialog closes and the print style is applied.
