To Refresh a Table

If you have a table placed from a report or from an external file and if the Retain Association option is turned on, any changes made to the report or the source file can be updated in your table using this procedure.
  1. Select the table. The row and column headings display.
  2. Do one of the following:

    Right-click any cell or the row or column headings and select Refresh Table from Data Source.

    or

    Click the Refresh Table from Data Source icon in the Table Tools contextual tab.

Note: To update all the tables in your model, you can use the key-in TABLE REFRESH ALL.
