Save As V8 Options Dialog

Used to set options for saving to a V8 file.

You can access this dialog from the following:

Save As dialog: set the Save as type to MicroStation V8 DGN Files , CGM Files, or Redline Files and click the Options button
Batch Convert dialog: Edit > V8 Save Options...

Setting	Description
Remap tab	The Remap tab contains controls on how element parameters such as levels, symbology, fonts, or cell names are remapped to different values when the file is saved to a V8 file.
References tab	The References tab contains controls on how references are handled when you save a file as a V8 file.
Filter tab	The Filter tab contains controls that are used to filter the data that is saved to the output file.
