Printer Driver Configuration Dialog
Used to add and edit printer driver configuration files that are stored in XML format. These files have the extension .pltcfg.
| Setting | Description |

| General tab | Displays general information about the selected printer driver configuration file. It also includes a Display Label control that determines how the printer driver is identified in the Print dialog's printer list. |
| Base Properties tab | Contains controls that are used to edit properties defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. The properties are divided into several categories. The categories that are displayed, as well as the individual properties within those categories, depend on which printer driver is currently loaded. |
| Paper Sizes tab | Contains controls that are used to edit, add, remove, and reorder the paper sizes defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| Color Maps tab | Contains controls that are used to edit the color maps defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| Weight Maps tab | Contains controls that are used to edit the weight maps defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| Line Styles tab | Contains controls that are used to edit the print line style on/off patterns defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| Font Maps tab | Contains controls that are used to edit, add, remove, and reorder the font maps defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| Programs tab | Contains controls that are used to edit, add, remove, and reorder the pre-print and post-print operating system commands defined for the selected printer driver configuration file. |
| File > New... | Opens the Create New Printer Driver Configuration dialog, which is used to select the type of printer driver you want to create. Information about each type of printer driver appears in the Comments text box. |
| File > Open... | Opens the Select Printer Driver Configuration File dialog, which is used to select and open a printer driver configuration file. |
| File > Save | Saves the printer driver configuration file currently loaded in memory with the same name and to its current location. |
| File > Save As... | Opens the Save Printer Driver Configuration File dialog, which is used to save the loaded printer driver configuration file with a new name and/or to a new location. |
| File > Exit | Closes the dialog. |
