To Create a Link to a Folder Using the Create Link Icon

In the Links tab of the Explorer dialog, click the Create Link icon and from the drop-down list select Folder Link.
The Browse For Folder dialog opens.

Select the folder to which you want to create link.

Click OK.
The folder link appears in the Links tab of the Explorer dialog.
