To Manually Add a Comment

Click the
Markups Dialog
icon (
).
The Markups dialog opens.
- In the Markups dialog list box, select the markup to which you want to add a comment.

Click the New Comment tool.
The New Markup Comment dialog opens.

Add your comment to the Comment box and click OK.
The comment displays in the Comments box of the Markups dialog.
