Adding Comments

The bottom portion of the Markups dialog is used to keep track of any changes made to the markup. Changes made to the Name, Description, Priority, Status, Assigned To and Approved By fields are automatically reflected in the Comments portion of the dialog. You can manually add comments to a markup by clicking the New Comment icon.

Click the Show/Hide Comments icon to turn on or off the Comments portion of the dialog.
