To Move a Feature to the Top in the Feature Tree

Select the parametric element which contains the feature.
Do one of the following:

Select the feature and then use the key-in: XFEATURE TOP.

or
Right-click on the feature and then select Move To Top from the feature reset pop-up menu.

The selected feature is now at the top of feature tree.
