To Move a Task or Workflow

  1. In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Tasks tab.
  2. Expand the User Tasks section and expand the open DGN library.

  3. Click the task or workflow that you want to move.
  4. Drag the task or workflow to the new location.

    A line appears, showing you where the task or workflow will be placed when you release the mouse button. If you drag it to another task, a rectangle appears around the task and the task or workflow will be placed in it.

  5. Release the mouse button.
