To Change the Target File or Folder of a Linked File or Folder

Open the Links tab in Explorer.

The active link set's name appears in the list box and its links appear below its name.
Right-click the link and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
The Properties dialog opens, with the link properties displayed in the General tab.
Click the File Name or Folder Name row.
A browse icon appears on the right side.
Do one of the following:

Click the browse icon. The Open Design File dialog opens for a file link and Browse For Folder dialog opens for a folder link. Select the file or folder from the dialog and click Open.

or
Type the full path of the file or folder in the File Name or Folder Name field.
