To Create a Link to a Folder Using Drag-and-Drop from Windows Explorer

Open the Links tab of the Explorer dialog.
From Windows Explorer drag the folders to be linked into a link set in the Explorer dialog.
The folder links appear in the Links tab of the Explorer dialog.
