To Create a Surface from a Raster Image

Select the Surface by Image tool ( Modeling > Surfaces > Create Surfaces > Construct Surface > By Image ).
Click the Define Image File icon.
The Open dialog opens.
Select the required image file.
Adjust other settings as required.
Do one of the following:

Define the surface size with two points that define a rectangle, if Proportional to Image is off,

or
with two points that define a line, if Proportional to Image is on.
