To Move a Feature in the Feature Tree

In the feature tree, right-click on the item to be moved.
In the right-click menu, select Reorder Tree > Mark For Move.
The feature is highlighted in yellow.
Right-click on the feature above which the marked item is to be moved and, in the menu, select Reorder Tree > Insert Marked Above.

The feature is relocated in the feature tree and the solid updates to reflect the change.

After moving the cut feature, the solid updates to reflect the change.
