To Create a Section Using a View to Position the Cutting Plane

Select the Planar Slice tool (
).

Click the Slice By View icon.

In the selected view, enter two data points to define the perpendicular cutting plane.

Enter a data point to view the section element(s).

Enter a data point to complete the section.
