To Import a Picklist

Open the Picklist Manager dialog (Drawing > Content > Picklist).
Select Import Picklists from the Picklists section.
The Import Picklists dialog opens.
Select the desired excel (.xlsx) file to import.
Select Open.

The file is imported as a Picklist and is displayed in the Picklist Manager dialog.
