To Rename the Print Definitions in a Folder

In the Print Organizer dialog, select a folder.
(Optional) To select multiple folders, select the parent folder in the left pane, and then hold down the <Ctrl> key as you select the folders in the right pane.
Note: You cannot select multiple folders if the View is set to View all Print Definitions.
Select Edit > Rename by Expression.
The Rename Print Definitions by Expression dialog opens.
Select the expression name that will be used to rename the print definitions.
(Optional) Click Preview Names to see the new print definition names.
Click OK.
The Rename Print Definitions by Expression dialog closes and the print definitions are renamed.
