To Change the Target Address of URL Link or Key-in Link, or Target Path of a Link Set Link

Open the Links tab in Explorer.

The active link set's name appears in the list box and its links appear below its name.
Right-click the link and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
The Properties dialog opens, with the link properties displayed in the General tab.
Do one of the following:

For a URL link or key-in link, type a new URL or key-in in the Address field and press <Enter>.

or
For a link set link, type a new path of the link set in the Link Set Path field and press <Enter>.
