To Create an Enter Data Field in the Text Editor Window

Select Place Text ( Drawing > Annotate > Text > Place Text ).
Right-click in an open area of the Text Editor and from the pop-up menu, select Insert Enter Data Field.
The Edit Enter Data Field dialog opens.
In the Edit Enter Data Field dialog, enter an optional default value and adjust the required length and justification as desired.
Click OK.
