Used to detach database rows from an element or set of selected elements using the Use Fence setting for fence operations. The rows are deleted from the database if Delete Linked Database Rows is on in the Database dialog.

This tool can be used to detach only linkages of the type(s) named in the MS_LINKTYPE configuration variable definition, not other user data linkages.
