Drawing Wizard Drawing Organization

Clicking Next opens the drawing organization options. Here you specify how the drawings are arranged in the composite.

Direction and Layout
  • Vertical - Sets the composite drawing arrangement to be one of four "top-to-bottom"/"bottom-to-top" layouts.
  • Horizontal - Sets the composite drawing arrangement to be one of four "left-to-right"/"right-to-left" layouts.
The buttons illustrate the layout in detail which includes combinations of vertical and horizontal arrangements. Click one to select the drawing organization.
Drawing Rows & Columns Clicking Next opens the drawing row and column spacing options.
  • Multiple files? - If Yes, "#" displays the total number of compositions to be generated. The number indicates number of drawings per file. It sets the maximum number of floor plans per composition. If the specified maximum number of floor plans is less than the number of 2D files selected previously, the "#" displayed is calculated accordingly. If No, then everything will be put in one file.
  • How many drawings? - The # indicates number of drawings being accommodated in a column/row. For Vertical layouts, the Number of columns displays the maximum number of columns allowed. For Horizontal layouts, the Number of rows: displays the total number of rows in the composition. The "#" displayed is calculated accordingly based on the Number of drawing ..in column value entered.
  • How far Apart? - Vertical Column Spacing (A) sets the empty spaces between the floor plan rows in the composite. Horizontal Row Spacing (B)sets the empty spaces between the floor plan columns in the composite.
