If you are running Windows Server 2008 R2 and get a FAILED error in the End-to-End Data Run when converting the i-model (Export SQL-DP to local VCM command), do the following:

1. Go to ..Program Files (x86) > Bentley > ConstructSim V8i > ConstructSim.
2. Locate the CSimDecomposeIDgn.exe file.
3. Right click the file name and select Properties.
4. From the CSimDecomposeIDgn.exe Properties dialog, select the Compatibility tab.
5. In the Compatibility mode section, turn on Run this program in Compatibility mode for:.
6. From the drop down menu, select Windows 7.
7. Click OK to close the dialog.
