Bentley OpenUtilities Designer offers users the ability to edit and review the wastewater network using its own graphical tools as well as tools it inherits from MicroStation and Bentley Map. Modifications can be either graphical, i.e. manipulating features in the GIS view, or non-graphical, e.g. when using the feature editor.
