In Bentley OpenUtilities Designer, the Set Directed Node tool is used to establish the orientation of a directed node feature. The direction of the feature is established based upon a connected linear feature.

This tool is only applicable to features that are configured to support direction. For the Wastewater Industry Data Model those features are: Wastewater Pump, Wastewater Control Valve, Wastewater Direction Control Valve, and Wastewater Relief Valve.
