To Add a File to an Approved Document
Users with the
Elevated Permissions permission are able to add
files on approved documents by using the following procedure.
- Open a document copy in the Content pane.
- Expand the Files topic
- Click the Add files... link.
- If the document is change controlled, click Yes on the Add Files warning.
- In the Windows Open dialog, select the file(s) you want to associate with this document, and then click Open. The files appear in the Files topic.

Click the Save icon in the action bar.
