To Add Comments to a Document
You can add comments to a document, directly from within the document itself. When doing so, you are limited to adding comments to that specific document whereas when you add comments to documents from within a workflow, you may add a comment to multiple documents simultaneously. Follow these steps to add a comment to a document, in AssetWise CONNECT Edition.
- Open the document for which you want to add a comment.
- Select the Comments tab. This tab displays all comments for the document.
- From the Actions menu, select Create comment.
- Select a Decision from the list, such as "Rejected", "Approved", or "Approved with Comments".
- Enter a Subject for the comment.
- Enter a Summary in the box.
