To Reject and Reassign a Task

Follow these steps to reject and reassign a task.
  1. From the Inbox, locate the task that you want to reject and reassign.
  2. From the task's, Options menu ( ), select Reject and Reassign. The Reject and Reassign Task dialog appears.
  3. To assign the task to a skill, select the Skill from the list, otherwise leave this blank.
  4. If you want to reassign the task to a specific person, select the Assignee from the list.
    Note: The list of assignees changes depending on the selected Skill.
  5. Enter your reason for rejection in the Comments box.
    Note: This field is required.
  6. When you are finished, click Reassign.
The task is rejected, removed from your Inbox, and reassigned.
