In addition to using components from the ProjectWise Project, you can also create your own components and publish on the cloud so that other project users can consume it. For this you need to have administrative rights. The general workflow for publishing custom components is as follows:

1. In a DGN file, open the desired model and navigate to Components Center Publish Utility dialog (Drawing > Content > Components Center > Add Component).
2. Select the desired properties and add attachments if any.
3. (Optional) Add the desired tags and choose a catalog.
4. Select Publish to publish the component.

The component gets published to the enterprise in Components Center.
