Tasks

The Tasks module displays a list of tasks assigned to you. You can view the list in the Table, Map or Scheduler (default) view.

Documents

The Documents module gives you access to the files associated with this project. Once you click the Documents icon, a list of all documents related to the project displays. From this screen you can add a new document, download a file, get a link to a website, or move a file. The more button allows you to delete, rename, lock or unlock files, unset from synchronization and set the folder access.

The Connections tab is used to create and manage connections to the PW (ProjectWise) Datasource or SharePoint Site.

Field

The Field module gives you access to the Site Observations and Daily Logs related to the project. From these screens you can view the current items and create new ones. You can export the list to a PDF or export the view to Microsoft Excel.

Office

The Office module gives you access to the Issues and RFIs related to the project. From these screens you can view the current items and create new ones. You can assign the issue or RFI to another team member., You can export the list to a PDF or export the view to Microsoft Excel.

Dashboards

The Dashboard module displays the statistics in various charts and forms in an easy to read format. You can quickly see the number of forms, to whom they are assigned, and their status.

Administration

The Administration option at the bottom left of the screen gives you options to manage project details, manage your team and set up cost code configurations.
