To Create an Issue

  1. Open SYNCHRO Control and from the homepage, select the project in which you want to work.
  2. Click the Office module icon and then click Issue in the pane that opens.
  3. In the Issue window, click New. The New Issue window opens.
  4. Complete all information in the required (marked with an asterisk) fields.
  5. Click Map Location if you want to add the location of the issue on to the map.
  6. Click Layers to add the Satellite view of the location.
  7. Click Save.
  8. From the top right of the screen, click the down arrow to open the Actions drop-down.
  9. Click Export to PDF option. You can either open or save the PDF.
  10. In this case, save the PDF. A pdf of the issue is now available.
  11. Go to the Documents module and click New and from the drop-down menu select Upload.
  12. Navigate to the directory where you saved your newly-created pdf.
  13. Select the file and click Open. The pdf now displays in the list of documents.
  14. From the list, click on the name of the pdf. The pdf opens in a window with editing tools along the top.
  15. Use these tools to add comments and text to your pdf. Changes are saved automatically.
