Segment surfaces dialog

This dialog is used to divide the selected surfaces into smaller entities.

Opens when the Divide tool is selected on the Surface ribbon tab in the Edit group.

Setting	Description
Number of segments over first edge	The number of divisions along the primary surface axis.
Number of segments over second edge	The number of divisions along the secondary surface axis.
Create nodes only	Set this option to only create nodes around the perimeter of the surface at the indicated divisions. Note: The interior nodes that would be created to actually divide the surface are not created as these would be disconnected (i.e., "orphan") nodes.
