Load |
Select the load case or load group to which this load will be added.
Tip: The
current load case or group is the default selection. This is displayed
in the program status bar and can be changed on the
View ribbon tab in the Active
Load group.

Coordinate System |
Select either the WCS (global coordinate system) or
a user-created coordinate system.
Note: Capital XYZ
are used to designate global coordinate systems where as lowercase xyz are used
to designate user coordinate systems.

Direction
|
Select the method by which the loads are oriented:
- Parallel to
axes – loads parallel to the selected axes system
- Pointing to
origin – the x direction loads are point from the loaded node to
the selected origin axes. Other load directions are applied in orthogonal
directions with the Y axis in a plane of this load x axes and the global Y
direction.

FX/Fx
|
Magnitude of force in the global X direction or in the
local x direction for a user-coordinate system.

FY/Fy
|
Magnitude of force in the global Y direction or in the
local y direction for a user-coordinate system.

FZ/Fz
|
Magnitude of force in the global Z direction or in the
local z direction for a user-coordinate system.

MX/Mx
|
Magnitude of moment in the about the global X axis or
about the local x direction for a user-coordinate system.

MY/My
|
Magnitude of moment in the about the global Y axis or
about the local y direction for a user-coordinate system.

MZ/Mz
|
Magnitude of moment in the about the global Z axis or
about the local z direction for a user-coordinate system.
