To add an annotation to a worksheet row, use the
following procedure.

In most worksheet rows, click the tab to the left of the first
cell.
The annotation cell opens.

Type a text note in the field.
- (Optional)
Select a color to use for the annotation.

Click anywhere outside of the annotation cell to collapse it.
The annotation tab is
now colored to indicate the cell is populated with a note.
Note: If you delete the entire contents of an annotation cell and
collapse it, the tab will return to the default gray.
