P. To build a report

To add an item to the report, expand the Available Report
Items list to the item of interest and then click the
Add tool.
Items not available to be added are indicated with a (-) icon.The report is updated.
Note: Refer to Limitations for details of items which are not available in the current report system.
- To add a group of items to the report, expand the Available Report Items list to the group of interest and then click the Add Group tool. The report is updated.

To add multiple items, hold <Ctrl> while selecting categories, groups, or items in the Available Report Items panel. Click the Add selected items tool.
The list on the right contains the included report items in the order they will appear in the report.

To remove a selected item from the report, either:
Select the Remove item tool in the Report Builder panel
or
Right-click on the item in the Report Builder panel and then select
. - To remove multiple items from the report, select multiple items in the Report Builder panel and then click the Remove Selected Items tool.
- To hide items from the report output, uncheck the item in the Report Builder panel.

To rearrange the order of report items, either:
Drag-and-drop items within the report builder,
or
Select an item and use the Move up or Move down tools in the Report Builder panel.
