Offshore SELECT Entitlements are features in Offshore Analysis products (SACS, MOSES, OpenWindPower) that are available only through Bentley's SELECT or ELS programs. If available to the user, the license is shown in the Licensing Tool dialog as a means of verifying access.

A message will be displayed if a feature/license is used without SELECT Entitlements. For example, if a user runs the Suction Bucket feature without SELECT Entitlements, the following message will be displayed.
