General page provides information regarding the chosen design code, different types of alignment input, and computation models.
Setting | Description |

Design Code | Shows the selected design code that was chosen in Project Settings/General Options. |
Relative Humidity | Annual average ambient Relative Humidity in percent for Creep/Shrinkage. |
Average Temperature | Average temperature used only for Creep/Shrinkage calculation. |
Site Coefficient | According to AASHTO 3.10.5.1-1 table based upon soil profile types defined in articles 3.10.5.2. |
Purpose | To identify type for design code application: Road Bridge, Highway Bridge, and Rail Bridge. |
Importance Category | According to AASHTO 3.10.3. The bridges are classified into one of three importance categories as follows: Critical bridges, Essential bridges or Other bridges. The basis of classification shall include social/survival and security/defense requirements. |
Temperature Zone | According to AASHTO 3.12.3-1 you can chose from 4 types of temperature zones which will give T1 and T2 for temperature gradient. |
Seismic Zone | Each bridge shall be assigned to one of the 4 seismic zones which will modify the acceleration coefficient in accordance with AASHTO 3.10.4-1. |
