Definition of the pitching moment due to wind loading across the element axis (wind direction normal to the axis) (m = cp * Rho * v^2 / 2).

v-beg | Wind velocity at element begin |

cp | Pitch coefficient (positive, if the moment turns from +z to +y) |
cd' | Derivation of drag coefficient with respect to alpha (irrelevant for static loading). |
