Concentrated nodal mass + moment of inertia
Definition of concentrated node masses with their moments of inertia for dynamic analysis. Masses are defined as forces and internally converted to true masses by using the acceleration of gravity (see Calculation options - Dynamic).
Setting | Description |
---|---|
From, To, Step | Node series, where the masses are applied |
Assembly | Alternative to load assignment via node series: Name of the assembly to be loaded. The specified load is applied to every node of the specified assembly. |
g*mx, g*my, g*mz | Concentrated nodal mass forces (mass times acceleration) in global directions |
[OK+Series] | To continue with further input of the same load type |
