El-from
|
Start element in the series of elements whose data will be modified. |
El-to
|
End element in the series of elements whose data will be modified. |
El-step
|
Step in the element series of elements whose data will be modified. |
b-beg
|
Sum of duct widths to be subtracted from the total web width for considering the tendon duct reduction effect in the shear check calculation (for begin of element) |
b-end
|
Sum of duct widths to be subtracted from the total web width for considering the tendon duct reduction effect in the shear check calculation (for end of element) Note: The definition of b-beg and b-end is only required when tendon groups are defined. An automatic reduction is applied in case of individual definition of all tendons. However, single tendons are not additionally considered if b-beg and b-end are defined. In case of multiple webs, aliquot parts of b-beg and b-end will be subtracted from the total widths of the individual webs.

Class
|
Definition of the tensile behavior of parts of composite elements Setting | Description |
---|
Normal |
Partial element can carry tensile forces |
No-tens. |
Partial element cannot carry tensile forces (redistribution of tensile forces of cracked concrete to other parts of the composite section). |
|
Theta (Option)
|
Control key for the inclination angle of the concrete compression strut in shear capacity check Setting | Description |
---|
Not selected |
Angle is free (automatic definition to minimize shear reinforcement) (taking into account the allowable range according to the selected design code). |
Selected |
Angle can be defined by the user (for element begin and/or element end). Definition is done by modifying respective reinforcement data of the attribute set (lower table). |

Options for activating and de-activating design code checks
|
These options allow controlling the performance of proof checks for individual elements. They are related to the respective check actions defined in the schedule.
- Yes: Proof check is performed for the specified elements (default setting)
- DetLst: A detailed list with intermediate results is written in addition to the standard output list in order to allow for controlling the check (shear capacity check).
- No: No proof check is performed for the specified elements.
Setting | Description |
---|
Fiber stress check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: FibRpt, FibSup, FibIILc and FibIISup. |
Ultimate load check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: UltLc, UltSup |
Shear capacity check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: ShearLc, ShearSup |
Consider Resal effect |
If this option is set to Yes program will take into account influence of Resal effect. |
Reinf. concrete design |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: UltLc, UltSup (option Rein) |
Cracking check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: CrackLc, CrackSup |
Robustness |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: RobuLc, RobuSup |
Fatigue check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: FatigSup |
Steel check |
Definitions refer to the schedule actions: UltRes, ResChkLc, ResChkSup |
Non-linear material |
Only relevant if the option Non-linear material properties has been set in the Recalc pad. Several elements can be here excluded from consideration of non-linear material properties. |
FEM calculation |
Only relevant for elements with slave nodes in the cross-section defined for allowing a refined FEM calculation. The refined calculation can here be switched off or on for the respective elements. |
PDelta effect |
Only relevant if the option P-Delta effects has been set in the Recalc pad. E elements can herewith be excluded from consideration of pdelta effects in the calculation of the stiffness matrix. |
