Structure > Node Support Orientation
Table of the defined structural nodes, showing their support orientations. The orientations are defined in terms of angles of a fictitious beam element defining the local coordinate system of this element (see chapter 2.3.3. of the analysis user guide).

Default axis y'L in the vertical plane through the element axis (parallel to axisYG)
Note: The local node coordinate system is built by rotating the default global vector system. At first the x vector is rotated by Alpha2 around the global Y axis (definition range 0° to 360°. Then the vector is rotated by Alpha1 out of the horizontal plane (definition range -90° to 90°). Finally the vectors y and z are rotated around the local x axis.
