Menu item Description

Report Styles
Opens the Report Styles dialog, which is used to change the report options for the current model. The defaults styles that are shipped with the RAM Structural System have been selected for optimal viewing of the reports. Making the margins smaller or the font much bigger may cause the text in a table to wrap to the next line. If this happens, selecting a smaller font for the Body section of the reports and rerunning the reports should correct the problem.

RAM Defaults Utility
Opens the RAM Defaults Utility program, which is used to change the defaults for all new models. All subsequent models will have the new set of defaults assigned to it.
Note: This change does not affect any previously created databases, including the currently selected database. The exception to this is the DXF defaults, which will automatically be updated to use the new values for all databases, both new and existing.
RAM Table Editor Opens the RAM Structural System Steel Table Editor, which is a utility application provided for editing the Master, Beam, and Column steel design tables. It works as a stand-alone application with the tables used by the active model automatically loaded in Table Editor. If the application is run outside RAM Manager the engineer can load the tables to be edited.
Important: Changes made to the steel tables may affect the results of the current open model if they are the same tables selected to be used by the model. It is recommended that any changes to tables be made into new files and the tables then be selected from the RAM Manager Criteria > Master Steel Table or Design Tables command.

Models whose tables have changed since the previous time the model was run will be issued with a warning that the tables are different and the model will need to be reframed and designs redone.

Manage Licenses Opens the Bentley License Management Tool, which is used to view and manage the license status for Bentley software.
Manage License Restrictions Opens the RAM Structural System Allowed Modules dialog, which is used to prevent inadvertent use of some modules. Bentley's Open Access licensing scheme does not prevent the use of any program modules for which a license has not been purchased. Use of such modules is permitted, but will result in a quarterly usage fee. Only those modules that are selected in that dialog can be accessed.
RSS Feed Options Opens the Specify RSS Feed Options dialog, which is used to select the geographic regions to display news items in the RAM Manager RSS feed.
